The Cisco SFP-OC12-MM is an industry-standard Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) Interface Converter designed specifically for Packet-Over-SONET/SDH (POS), optical networking, and ATM applications. This hot-swappable optical interface plugs into a variety of SFP ports on Cisco router interfaces, delivering reliable OC-12/STM-4 performance at 622 Mbps over multimode fiber up to 0.5 km.
