At itmall.sale, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of our IT products and solutions. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Please review our policy below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this timeframe.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Accessories: All accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software & Licenses: Downloadable software products, digital licenses, or activation keys are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
  • Opened Hard Drives/Memory: Due to data security and integrity, storage media that has been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale or clearance items are final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside or on the box.
  4. Ship the item back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • Timing: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).

5. Restocking Fee

6. Shipping Costs
